I welcome referrals for all types of endodontic cases, including complexity level 2 and 3, such as root resorption, sclerosed canals, complex anatomies, open apexes, dental trauma, removing separated instrument/posts, perforation repair and re-treatment.
Once a referral is received, your patient will be contacted shortly and will be booked for a consultation. During the consultation, the tooth will be assessed, the treatment plan will be discussed with the patient in details and their appointment will be scheduled. When treatment is finished, I will send you the treatment report and the post-obturation X-Ray.

- Referral details (a brief explanation of current problem)
- Following RCT, you would like me to refer the patient back to you with; Temporary restoration/Permanent core/Prepared post space/Post and core/definitive restoration.
