DDS, MSc Endodontics, M-Endo (RCS Ed)

GDC Registration Number: 288370

From a young age I always wanted to follow in the footsteps of my father, then later my sister, who both have careers in medical fields. I studied for my undergraduate degree at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (Iran) and qualified as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) 2008-2014. I worked in both the national health service and private sectors. One year after my graduation I opened a private practice and worked as principal dentist.

After three years of working in general dentistry, I decided to pursue my keen interest in Endodontics (root canal therapy). I completed full time 3-years Clinical MSc in Endodontics at The University of Manchester 2017-2020. While studying, I was also involved in teaching undergraduate students in Manchester dental hospital. I passed the specialist exam of Membership in Endodontics from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (M-Endo RCS Ed) in 2021.

Now I divide my time between teaching and supervising students and working in private practices. I work as a Dentist with Special Interest (DWSI) in Endodontics in London taking referrals of complex cases from dentists and accept self-referrals directly from patients. I also work as Endodontic clinical teacher supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students at Kings College University at Guy’s hospital.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, swimming, socializing and meeting new people and taking my dogs for a countryside walk. I am also a keen traveller and hoping to travel all around the world one day.
